Went out on a limb to check out a truck that I just had to see in person, 4 hours from home. That being said, Chris G and his team made the buying process easy. The truck we purchased did have a cracked windshield but Team Gillman fully covered the replacement, found a repair shop close to our home city AND got it all done in the same week we purchased. We were skeptical to car shop so far from Centex but honestly, we’d make the drive all over again to make our next purchase.

Went in for an oil change Saturday, the service advisor Anthony was excellent. While I was waiting, I went over to the sale department and one of the salesmen (Nick) assisted me in gathering information on their new Traverse and Tahoe. Nick was excellent and understanding. We don't intend to purchase for a couple months but when we are ready my wife and I will be coming back to Team Gillman Chevrolet to make the purchase. Thanks again to all the staff there for the excellent customer service.
